Andrew Maxwell's brother displeased over lack of playing time Saturday
For much of the season, head coach Mark Dantonio has praised the way Andrew Maxwell has taken being unseated as MSU’s starting quarterback.
Maxwell was honored during senior day celebrations on Saturday, emerging from the Spartan Stadium locker room to one of the largest cheers of the day — no doubt a token of gratitude for the pressure and abuse Maxwell took from fans and members of the media.
However, one member of the Maxwell family wasn’t too happy about how senior day played out for the Midland, Mich. native.
On Saturday, Andrew’s brother Adam Maxwell, a media and information freshman at MSU, voiced his disapproval on Twitter that the senior quarterback didn’t get to play in the weekend’s win over Minnesota.

Fuck Connor Cook. My bros last chance to play in his home stadium and he doesn’t get to touch the field that’s ridiculous. #BrotherlyLove
