Following a shutout victory against then-No. 15 UCLA Friday, MSU men's soccer redshirt junior goalkeeper Zac Kelly, junior forward Jonathan Stout and freshman defender Brandon Munson all collected weekly Big Ten accolades.

Kelly was recognized as Goalkeeper of the Week, Stout received Offensive Player of the Week honors and Munson was acknowledged as Freshman of the Week.

Stout scored the only MSU goal against UCLA, helping the Spartans collect their fourth win of the 2024 campaign. Meanwhile, the defensive duo Kelly and Munson delivered a clean sheet, with the goalkeeper making four saves. Against Washington, Kelly saved a crucial penalty while Munson made a memorable goal-line clearance to ensure victory for MSU.

MSU is 2-1-0 in conference play, collecting its second shutout in three games against UCLA.

The Spartans return to action tonight at DeMartin Stadium for an 8 p.m. kickoff against Northwestern.
