What MSU students should expect following on-campus shooting

Classes are canceled and will resume on Monday, Feb. 20. Campus operations will return to normal on Feb. 16. For the next 48 hours, all campus activities including sporting events are canceled.  

Free, confidential counseling is available 24/7 for students who call (517) 355-8270 and press '1' at the prompt. Community Mental Health can be reached at (517) 346-8460.

Crisis counselors will be at the Hannah Community Center beginning at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 14.  

Dining hall hours are limited on Tuesday, Feb. 14 and Wednesday, Feb. 15. 

Brody Square is open from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and 4:30-9 p.m. The Edge at Akers is open from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and 4:30-9 p.m. The Vista at Shaw is open from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and 4:30-9 p.m. Sparty’s Market at 1855 Place is open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
