Michigan State Madness, an annual celebration for the opening of MSU men's and women's basketball teams new seasons, is set to take place this Friday, Oct. 25 and will now feature a performance by MSU alumnus and indie-pop artist Quinn XCII.
MSU basketball announced the addition of Quinn XCII to the night's lineup Tuesday evening via twitter. Quinn XCII soon retweeted this announcement.
Quinn XCII most recently preformed at MSU last semester at the annual Spring Concert. He returns back to MSU to preform at the Breslin Center on Friday.
The event, which has free admission, will also feature performances by the Spartan Marching Band and drum line, MSU cheerleaders, MSU dance team and Sparty.
Doors to the Breslin Center will open at 8:30 p.m. before the formal program begins at 9:30 p.m. with autographs and team scrimmages from MSU's men's and women's basketball programs.
