Two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct against former Michigan State wrestler Austin Franco, according to East Lansing 54-B district court records.

Franco, 20, will not stand trial as 54B District Court Judge Andrea Larkin ruled there was insufficient evidence. Both charges were dismissed Oct. 11 after witnesses testified at a preliminary hearing.

One charge alleged force or coercion, the other alleged the victim was incapacitated. Originally, Franco's bond was set at $5,000.
