MINNEAPOLIS- After making it to the Final Four for the first time since 2015, the Spartans fell short with a 61-51 loss to Texas Tech.

Junior guard Cassius Winston led his team with 16 points and going 4-16 in field goals. In their final game, senior guard Matt McQuaid earned 12 points and senior forward Kenny Goins would not make any.
