Michigan State men's basketball drops two spots to No. 11 after their loss to Illinois on Feb. 5, in spite of their triumph over Minnesota on Feb. 9. The team holds an overall record of 19-5, and they are no longer in the top ten.
The top four teams in the AP Poll ranking have moved around, with Gonzaga moving up to the No. 3 position and Virginia moving down to the No. 4 position. The top two teams remain in the same position, with Tennessee at No. 1 and Duke at No. 2.
Even though the Fighting Illini beat the Spartans, the team remains unranked.
