An unknown suspect entered through an open door on the sixth floor of East McDonel Hall and took a backpack and a laptop last night, according to Michigan State University Police.
MSU alert issued for larceny at McDonel Hall

No one was in the room at the time and those nearby are encouraged to use caution.
The incident of larceny occurred between 12:35 and 12:40 a.m Feb. 16, an alert was issued to the MSU community by 1:40 a.m.
The university community is encouraged to report any suspicious activity to MSUPD by calling 517-355-2221.
