Point guard Rocket Watts, ranked No. 27 in ESPN's Top 100, committed to Michigan State Saturday night. The four-star Detroit native, who spent his first three seasons at Old Redford Academy in Detroit, before transferring to SPIRE Academy in Geneva, Ohio, is ranked as the No. 6 point guard in the country.
It is expected that Watts will play behind junior Cassius Winston and freshman Foster Loyer next season.
