USA Gymnastics, or USAG, has filed a motion to dismiss complaints from a number of cases related to ex-MSU and USAG doctor Larry Nassar's sexual abuse.

USAG previously motioned to dismiss, but filed another brief March 14 following a change in the plaintiffs' complaints, according to court documents.

One hundred and forty nine people have named USAG as co-defendants in lawsuits against Nassar. According to MLive, a brief argues USAG is not liable for Nassar's conduct, though the organization finds his actions "disgusting."

MSU has also motioned to dismiss the university from multiple lawsuits.
