An alleged sexual assault occurred at Holden Hall on Sept. 30, according to the Clery Crime and Fire Log.
The event allegedly occurred at 10:30 a.m., and was reported to MSU Police on Oct. 2.

The incident was reported as a criminal sexual conduct third degree, which involves "sexual penetration with another person," according to Michigan legislation.
The case is currently active, according to the crime log.
