Two motions were filed in Grand Rapids on Tuesday to add five new plaintiffs to a lawsuit against former MSU employee Larry Nassar.

All but one of the potential plaintiffs were minors at the time of their alleged sexual assault, according to the motion.

This motion, like the one filed Jan. 30, alleges that Nassar gave his patients gifts "such as t-shirts, pins, flags, leotards, and other items" to gain their trust before assaulting them.

Multiple plaintiffs reported quitting gymnastics because of their interactions with Nassar.

Nassar's U.S. District Court trial begins Feb. 21.
