Armed robbery on Durand and Ann street

Updated 4:35 p.m.

The incident occurred at a house party early Sunday morning on the 1000 block of Ann Street, East Lansing police Lt. Scott Wrigglesworth said. Individuals at the party allegedly stole from the house and were confronted.

The victims were allegedly asked "do you want to die today" by the suspects, who reached for their pants, although a weapon was not actually seen. 

Later on Sunday leads directed ELPD to three 16-year-old males from Lansing.


An armed robbery is being reported off campus by the East Lansing Police Department, according to an MSU alert sent out early Sunday morning. 

The robbery occurred at Durand Street and Ann Street — the suspects are three black males. Residents and community members are asked to use caution and call 911 for any suspicious activity.

No other information was available at the time of the alert.
