Today, a picture surfaced showing several sugar cookies featuring images related to last Saturday’s rivalry football game against the University of Michigan.
The cookies, like others found around campus, were made by MSU Bakers. This batch, in particular, was a custom order placed by an MSU student who was presumably a football fan.
“It was just a request from a customer,” Manager of MSU Bakers Cindy Baswell said.
Baswell said she doesn’t know who ordered the cookies.
“We didn’t do anything special, that was an image someone sent us, and we put ‘em on the cookie like they requested, that’s it,” Baswell said.
The cookies — adorned with two popular post-game memes — will live on as a reminder of Saturday's game until they're all eaten.
