As of Monday, MSU police have no new information to disclose regarding the Nov. 25 bomb threat that put all campus buildings under secure in place and was later found to be a hoax.
MSU police Sgt. Florence McGlothian-Taylor said the matter is “still an open investigation.”
On the afternoon of Nov. 25, MSU police issued a secure in place for all campus buildings until it was lifted about half an hour later when the threat was found to be a hoax.
During the secure in place a number of students took to Twitter and shared their experiences, reporting that some campus buildings were evacuated and some others were shut down.
