Beginning Monday, Hagadorn Road will be closed between Burcham Drive and Haslett Road for construction.

The road will remain available for residents whose driveways connect to the road, but will be closed to all other traffic.

A single lane will be closed on eastbound Haslett Road for sidewalk ramp and curb repairs. During this time, left turns from Haslett Road westbound onto Hagadorn Road south will not be allowed.

During the construction the intersection between Hagadorn Road and Burcham Drive will be open but the north end will be closed.

Motorists are asked to use Saginaw Street, Alton Road and Burcham Drive during the construction. The detours are expected to be posted by 9 a.m. on Monday morning.

Weather permitting, the road closing is expected to remain for approximately one week.

If possible, motorists are asked to use alternative routes and proceed routes under construction with caution.
