ASMSU, MSU’s undergraduate student government, announced today via Twitter that Hot Chelle Rae will be performing as the opener at the April 11 Ne-Yo concert at the Breslin Center.
“The fact that we got Hot Chelle Rae and Ne-Yo in the same show is really exciting, said Haley Dunnigan, ASMSU’s director of public relations.
The student government announced last Friday that hip hop and R&B singer Ne-Yo would perform as part of boosting student participation in ASMSU’s election week, April 8-15.
Hot Chelle Rae is a pop rock group from Nashville, Tenn. and is known for their hit songs “Tonight Tonight” and “I Like it Like That.”
Tickets went on sale this past Monday, priced at $30 for students and $40 for general public and can be purchased at the Wharton Center Box Office, breslincenter.com or by calling 517-432-5000, Dunnigan said.
