An MSU student was arrested Sunday morning after reportedly slapping and pushing her boyfriend in Wonders Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
McGlothian-Taylor said a 20-year-old female student reportedly slapped and pushed her boyfriend, a 26-year-old male with no university relation, after an argument escalated.
The female student was arrested while the male was voluntarily transported to Lansing’s Sparrow Hospital and treated for minor injuries, McGlothian-Taylor said.
She said the man does not want to press charges, but the case has been sent to the Ingham County Prosecuting Office for review and potential prosecution.
