A 21-year-old female student reportedly was sexually assaulted the night of Jan. 30 in Holden Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The reported incident was a third-degree sexual assault.
Third-degree sexual assault takes place
The victim was acquaintances with the suspect, but declined to provide further details of the assailant to police.
No charges are being pressed.
