Weekend roundup: Feb. 24-26

February 23, 2012

It is almost the weekend. Classes are ending and students are ready to unwind. Here is a roundup of events to attend during the weekend respite.

ATD Fashion Show

The Department of Art and Art History will present its annual Apparel and Textile Design Fashion Show at 7 p.m. Sunday at Wharton Center’s Pasant Theatre.

Tickets are $12.

The event showcases unique student designs ranging from the classically tailored to eco-fashions made from unexpected materials. Exciting additions this year include electronic textile creations that feature illumination and designs inspired by the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum.
