A 25-year-old male employee of taxi service company College Cab reported a suspect who failed to pay fees between 12:45-1:30 p.m. Feb. 10 at South Case Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The employee was transporting a group of males to South Case Hall, and one male failed to pay a fee totalling $23, McGlothian-Taylor said.
