A 58-year-old male MSU employee reported equipment stolen from the grounds of the Cyclotron between 12 p.m. Jan. 13 and 7 a.m. Jan. 16, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The equipment, which included cable and aluminum trays used at the facility, was valued at $1,000, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The equipment was unsecured outside of the building at the time of the alleged theft.
There are no suspects, and the incident is under investigation.
