Kellogg Center’s Visiting Chef Series continues for another year this spring with three events scheduled for the next few months.
According to a release, each two-night event is slated to include a two-hour cooking demonstration with a four-course meal and several wines on the first night. The next night features a two- to three-hour “dinner with the chef” presentation with a different four-course meal with wine parings.
Each presentation begins at 7 p.m., with the first event kicking off Feb. 8 and featuring Arkansas chef Miles James.
On March 21, Chicago chef Christian Eckmann is scheduled to prepare the event’s meals, and on April 11, Memphis, Tenn., chef Wally Joe is expected to be featured.
Tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis, starting at $60 a night.
