The MSU men’s soccer team tied Bowling Green 0-0 Wednesday at DeMartin Stadium at Old College Field.
In the midst of a rainy and windy afternoon, the Spartans (4-7-3 overall, 1-2-1 Big Ten) and Bowling Green (7-4-2) had no real scoring chances through 110 minutes of play. MSU senior goalkeeper Jeremy Clark did end the game with three saves.
The only serious action was in the 41st minute, when Bowling Green forward Rodcliff Hall received his second yellow card following an altercation with sophomore defender Josh Barens, resulting in a red card and the Falcons playing down a man the rest of the game.
The Spartans travel to Indiana on Sunday for a conference tilt with the Hoosiers.
