Student reports bike, cable lock stolen

June 5, 2011

A 39-year-old female student reported her bicycle stolen between noon on May 3 and 1 p.m. May 12 at the south side of South Hubbard Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The woman’s Trek 1820, 21-speed bicycle allegedly was stolen, along with the cable lock attached to it, McGlothian-Taylor said.

The bicycle is black, white and red and valued at $250. The allegedly stolen lock is valued at $10.

There are no suspects, and the incident is under investigation.
