A 19-year-old female student allegedly was assaulted in her dorm room April 3, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The victim arrived back at her dorm in North Hubbard Hall earlier that day after she and a friend went to the subject’s hometown for the weekend, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The victim said she and her friend got into an argument during the course of the weekend and when they returned, her friend, also a 19-year-old female student, came to the victim’s room and a physical altercation allegedly ensued.
The victim was not injured severely and she refused medical treatment. She does not want to press charges.
