An MSU student assaulted her boyfriend Monday night when he came to her dorm room in Rather Hall after the two argued via text message, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The incident was reported by a 19-year-old male student, McGlothian-Taylor said.
The suspect, a 19-year-old female student, hit the victim several times leaving three scratches to his chest area, and slapped him across the face with an open hand.
