MSU appoints interim executive director of Dubai campus

May 12, 2010

Harold Sollenberger, a professor emeritus of accounting and information systems, has been named interim executive director of MSU’s campus in Dubai, the university announced Tuesday.

Sollenberger temporarily will replace Brendan Mullan, who served as executive director of MSU Dubai for two years. Sollenberger’s appointment will begin June 1.

Mullan will return to East Lansing to assume research and teaching endeavors. Mullan was a professor in the Department of Sociology prior to serving as executive director of MSU Dubai.

An international search is underway to find a permanent executive director, according to an MSU press release.
