Those interested in learning more about the hay market, forage production and management and grazing management can attend the Forage Technology Conference at 10 a.m. March 11 at Kellogg Center.
The conference is part of Agriculture and Natural Resources Week and is scheduled to go until 3:30 p.m., with registration opening at 9 a.m. the day of the event.
Sessions will cover the hay market, alfalfa weed control strategies, roughstalk bluegrass and producing forage on farms.
After lunch, participants can attend sessions on forage production and management or grazing management.
The $35 registration fee includes lunch and all materials.
