Spartans ink 21 for 2010 recruiting class

MSU head football coach Mark Dantonio talked about the Spartans’ recruiting class for 2010 at a press conference Wednesday at the Skandalaris Football Center.

Dantonio talked about the class’s versatility, as the Spartans signed players at virtually every position. The class was ranked 29th by the recruiting Web site rivals.com.

Dantonio also said putting together multiple good recruiting classes is a key to building a successful program.

Wednesday was National Signing Day, or the first day that high school seniors officially could sign with their college teams.
