Former MSU and NBA point guard Eric Snow will be on campus today to sign his newly released book.
Snow will be at MSU from 6-7 p.m., in Room B108 in Wells Hall to sign his book, which was released in December.
Titled “Leading High Performers: The Ultimate Guide to Being a Fast, Fluid and Flexible Leader,” the book provides leadership tips and examples for organizational leaders to get the best out of their workers.
The retired 14-year NBA veteran played for MSU from 1992-95, finishing his college career with 599 assists — the third best in MSU history.
Snow played under legendary MSU coach Jud Heathcote and had current MSU men’s basketball head coach Tom Izzo as
an assistant.
During his 14-year professional career, which included stints with three different teams — Seattle, Philadelphia and Cleveland — Snow played alongside the likes of LeBron James and Allen Iverson.
Although he was never known for filling the stat sheet, Snow often served as co-captain of his team and saw heavy minutes for the majority of his career.
His NBA career stats include 5,791 career points and 4,245 assists. During his time at MSU, Snow played alongside MSU’s all-time leading scorer, Shawn Respert, and the two developed the nickname “Fire and Ice.”
Snow currently works as an analyst for NBA TV.
