Police have no suspects for a Dec. 31 robbery of the Independent Bank, 1380 W. Lake Lansing Road, and a Dec. 18 robbery of Buddy’s Mini Market, 504 Michigan Ave. The incidents are not related, police Capt. Tom Johnstone said.
East Lansing police are working with the Lansing-area FBI and other area departments to solve the bank robbery, and currently are looking into other mini-market robberies in the area in connection with the Dec. 18 robbery.
