Ingredients
12-ounce package of silken firm tofu
1 package of vegan taco seasoning
16 ounce of vegetarian refried beans
1 package of taco shells
Lettuce, vegan cheese, tomatoes and other vegetables to taste
Blend tofu and seasoning mix, then mix together in a bowl. Microwave for two to three minutes, continuing to stir. Heat taco shells and fill with bean mixture and vegetables.
