Wallet stolen from student’s vehicle

A 20-year-old male student reported his wallet stolen between 9 and 11 p.m. Sunday from his Chevy Cobalt, which was parked outside Demonstration Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The student told police he returned to his car, which he believed was left unlocked, to find the door ajar and his black wallet missing from inside his backpack. The wallet contained the student’s driver’s license, debit card, Social Security card and a $20 bill.

There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.
