Fire starts in North Wonders Hall room
An accidental fire started between 2:50 and 3:40 a.m. Wednesday in North Wonders Hall resulted in about $850 of damage, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
An accidental fire started between 2:50 and 3:40 a.m. Wednesday in North Wonders Hall resulted in about $850 of damage, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The victims, a 13-year-old male and a 12-year-old male, stated the flames came from small fan clipped to the foot of a bed.
The East Lansing Fire Department arrived on the scene. Twin mattress and a bed frame were damaged, and the room sustained smoke damage, but there were no injuries.
