Student’s textbook stolen from Jenison Field House

A 22-year-old female student reported a textbook stolen while she worked out Friday at Jenison Field House, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The student left the book unattended in a cubby outside the gym. The book, “Abnormal Child Psychology,” was valued at $160 and was bought new from the Student Book Store, 421 E. Grand River Ave.

The student said she didn’t see anyone take the book, McGlothian-Taylor said.

There are no suspects and the incident is under investigation.
