MSU vs. Michigan

CK: Because of the emotions from both sides, this game is going to be close for a half or so. After that the superior team will pull away and there’s no doubt in my mind that MSU is the superior team this year. U-M will continue its offensive struggles as freshman Johnny Adams takes an interception back for a score.
MSU 27, U-M 10
JC: Mike Hart forgot one thing when he made his “little brother” comments last year: Eventually, brothers get to a point where age doesn’t matter. Fast forward one year and U-M is the high school dropout living off the government in an Ann Arbor alley, while MSU is riding high in its East Lansing penthouse, riding in its Corvette with its knockout wife, showing up “big brother” with a big win on the road.
MSU 23, U-M 13
AA: Given U-M’s perennial mastery over MSU at the Big House, I must admit I’m a little uneasy about our prospects in this game. But this is the year streaks end for the Wolverines. They lost to Penn State for the first time in nine seasons, will miss a bowl game for the first time in 34 seasons, lost to a Mid-American Conference team for the first time ever and are about to lose to MSU at home for the first time since 1990.
MSU 24, U-M 14
KT: Both teams are going to be ready to go and I know the defense on both sides are going to be excited to play. But I think in these games you’re going to have to plot some plays and throw some trick plays in there as well, and on defense is where I see some of those extra scores coming from. I can see a couple touchdowns coming from the defense.

CK: MSU fans saw firsthand how talented the Buckeyes were last week, mainly Terrelle Pryor and Chris “Beanie” Wells. With that said, Penn State has proven throughout the year that they are one of the top teams in the country and there is no doubt in my mind that Joe Pa’s defense can at least contain the two dynamic playmakers.
Penn State 35, Ohio State 17
JC: Despite the attention being paid to Penn State’s offense, Joe Pa’s legacy and his aching hips, the Nittany Lions will win on their fierce defense. Only once has Penn State allowed more than 20 points — 24 to Illinois — and it will continue the streak by flustering Ohio State freshman phenom Pryor.
Penn State 27, Ohio State 17
AA: Predicting Ohio State to win this game has been the chic-pic among experts, but I’m not buying. Navarro Bowman and Penn State’s defense will bottle up running back Beanie Wells and force Pryor to beat them through the air. Even after last week’s gem against the Spartans, I don’t think he’s capable of doing that. Ohio State’s defense is tough, but Penn State’s multidimensional attack leaves them confused and begging for mercy.
Penn State 31, Ohio State 28

KT: Penn State is playing the best they’ve played in a while, since about five years ago when they were undefeated in the season for a while and I just think they’re a very determined team. I think Ohio State’s good — very good — but they’ll struggle to get into the end zone against Penn State.
