A 19-year-old MSU student had her credit and ATM cards stolen Monday from the Main Library, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The incident occurred between 6 and 7:30 p.m. while she was studying with a group near the Cyber Cafe. The student’s purse was open and next to her on the floor, McGlothian-Taylor said.
She did not realize the cards were missing until MSU Federal Credit Union called Thursday and told her $112.65 had been charged to her account in two separate transactions.
There are no suspects.
