Backpack, laptop stolen from women’s lounge
A North Face backpack, which contained a 2008 Dell laptop, was stolen from the Union women’s lounge on Sunday around 1:30 p.m., MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
A North Face backpack, which contained a 2008 Dell laptop, was stolen from the Union women’s lounge on Sunday around 1:30 p.m., MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
The complainant, a 38-year-old female student, left the backpack unattended to go for a walk. When she returned 20 minutes later, it was gone, McGlothian-Taylor said. The backpack also contained textbooks and keys.
The estimated value of the items is $2,6075, McGlothian-Taylor said.
There are no suspects and the case is still under investigation.
