$100 worth of damages dealt to Union window

A window was broken at the Union between 11 p.m. July 19 and 12:15 a.m. July 20, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

A 50-year-old male university employee reported a damaged glass pane on the window, which is located on the south door of the Union, McGlothian-Taylor said.

Police believe that a guest at a wedding party that took place that night may have been locked outside and unintentionally broke the window to get back inside. There were several spider cracks on the window, McGlothian-Taylor said. Damages were estimated at $100.

There are no suspects.
