Money stolen from wallet in room at Kellogg Center

A 38-year-old woman with no university affiliation had $127 in cash stolen from her wallet between 7:45 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. May 15, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.

The woman, who was attending a meeting at Kellogg Center, left her coat and purse in her locked room on a trip to the front desk. When attempting to buy a souvenir at the gift shop, she realized the money was gone, McGlothian-Taylor said.

The case is still under investigation and there are no suspects.
