Student reports phone stolen in Brody cafeteria
A dark blue Nokia cell phone was stolen from a student sometime between 11:55 p.m. Monday and 12:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Brody Hall cafeteria, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said. The 20-year-old male student reported his cell phone fell out of his coat pocket in the cafeteria and he could not locate the phone, McGlothian-Taylor said. When the victim attempted to call his phone later that night, a male voice answered and agreed to meet the victim at the entrance of Rather Hall to return the cell phone but never showed up, McGlothian-Taylor said. There are no suspects and police are investigating the theft.
