After a 9.6 tuition increase for the 2007-08 school year, MSU students can expect to see a portion of that fee returned, the MSU Board of Trustees announced Friday.
Students enrolled in fall courses who will also be registered for the Spring 2008 semester will receive approximately $26 plus $2.25 for every credit hour, Trustee Melanie Foster said.
“This is based on the legislature doing what we expect it to do,” she said.
Currently, the state funds approximately 40 percent of tuition expenses, while students are responsible for the other 60 percent.
