Take a peek behind the curtain and test drive the NEW StateNews.com today!

Editor's note: Name change reflects section content

Laura Leebove

Aside from The State News’ new look, you might have noticed something about the features pages in particular — they don’t say “MS&U” at the top.

The content of the new section, now called Lifestyle, won’t change much, but after the confusion of people asking, “MS&U? What does that mean?” it was time for a change.

In the Lifestyle section we’ll teach you how to do things, give you recipes and workout tips, and keep you up to speed with the interesting things MSU students and alumni are doing.

Then in the Lowdown, which comes out on Thursdays, we’ll give you sneak peeks at upcoming concerts, tell you about the best restaurants and art exhibits, and review music, movies and theater.

But part of keeping the Lifestyle and Lowdown sections exciting is knowing what you want to see on our pages. So don’t be shy — drop me an e-mail features@statenews.com, and let me know what’s going on.
