Yo. (I know “Yo” should be reserved for rappers and graffiti artists, but it’s one of those words that just makes me feel cool.) This is Thea Neal, the entertainment reporter from The State News. This is my first blog on our newly revamped Web site, so I thought I’d first tell you a little bit about myself.

This is my third semester at The S’News, and I’m a journalism sophomore with a specialty in art history. I’m fluent in French, and my left foot is a little bit bigger than the right one. I also have crooked pinkies and I greatly dislike people dressed in animal or mascot costumes.
Musically, I have a wide array of interests, from Feist to Lupe Fiasco. Currently, I love Sara Bareilles.
