MSU men's golf head coach Mark Hankins will be leading the U.S. men's golf team to the 2007 World University Games in Bangkok, Thailand.

The U.S. Olympic Committee announced Wednesday that the MSU coach will lead four of the best collegiate golfers in the country to the competition Aug. 14-17.

Other MSU coaches taking on international coaching duties include women's basketball coach Joanne P. McCallie, who will coach the 2007 USA Basketball Women's Under-21 World Championship, and field hockey coach Rolf van de Kerkhof, who will head the U.S. Under-16 National Team Selection on the 2007 Holland Hockey Tour.
