A 19-year-old male student reported his Samsung flip cell phone stolen from his friend's vehicle between 10:30 p.m. Sunday and 4 p.m. Monday in Lot 91 on campus. "He left the cell phone in the unlocked vehicle," MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.
