No house. No yard. No brotherhood.
Dormitory Road would stretch across Bogue Street, through the area where one fraternity's parking lot is now situated.
That is the future of FarmHouse Fraternity at 151 Bogue St. in the present vision outlined in the city's East Village Master Plan, which aims to redevelop 35 acres of businesses, fraternities and student-rental housing.
FarmHouse is one of four MSU Interfraternity Council fraternities that own their homes, but aren't included in the plan.
The council approves redevelopment projects and will use the East Village Master Plan to guide them, if it's approved by the city.
"We were kind of worried about it," said chapter President Kevin Thiel (second from left), who is pictured with members (from left) Dan Palm, Tyler Hake and Ryan McBride. "It's the prime location."
