To MSU players and fans:
I was in the Flying V Bar & Grill at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Ariz., on the evening of the MSU-Duke game, and heard University of Arizona fans cheering MSU as they beat Duke.
Arizona fans were elated that a Big Ten team beat Duke, and praised the Big Ten Conference for the three teams that survived that evening. Imagine my pride to tell them I was from East Lansing and also graduated from MSU. Go State!
