A 22-year-old man from Macomb was cited for trespassing early Friday in Gilchrist Hall, MSU police Sgt. Florene McGlothian-Taylor said.The man reportedly was paying a surprise visit - just after midnight - to his ex-girlfriend, who lives in the hall. According to police, he opened the door to her room and discovered another 22-year-old man asleep on the resident's bed.The Macomb man reportedly grabbed the sleeping man, who was laying across the bed, and threw him out of the room into a wall.The incident was witnessed by the ex-girlfriend.Neither man is pressing charges, McGlothian-Taylor said, and the Macomb man was escorted from the building and given a trespassing warning letter.• A window in the Music Practice Building was broken between 2 and 3:30 a.m. Thursday, McGlothian-Taylor said.A 44-year-old university employee reported that a window on the building's south exterior wall was broken by a rock.The damage is estimated at about $150, and police have no suspects.
